Ziris is an electronic music duo originally founded in 2005 in Marseille.
In 2020, the project took a new turn: we set ourselves a creative constraint — to build a fully dawless hardware live set from scratch, with no computer, no predefined genre, and no specific goal other than pure artistic expression.

A Cinematic Universe
Our love for cinema and visual arts naturally finds its way into our music. Every soundscape we create carries a sense of narrative, emotion, and atmosphere — as if each track could be the soundtrack to an imagined film.
Indie Dance to Melodic Techno
While our music often embraces dreamy, and progressive textures, it’s ultimately crafted for the dancefloor. Our live sets evolve organically — each moment builds on the last, creating an immersive, emotional, and physical experience.
Hardware Live
Drum machines, synthesizers, sequencers… Ziris was built around the idea of live performance. On stage, we play our gear like a band, blending the energy of electronic music with the presence and spontaneity of a live concert.
